At 20 years old, GabrielleBello is a social justice organizer, advocate, and non-profit consultant. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at YesSheCanCampaign and is the founder of an online clothing company IRETI WA, the Yoruba phrase meaning ‘our hope’, where she donates 100% of the proceeds to pro-immigration organizations and nonprofits. She is also in her third year at The George Washington University, where she is pursuing a Bachelors in Human Services and Social Justice with a minor in Law and Society. Gabrielle has been recognized with various awards, such as the Diana Award, which is the highest accolade a young person can achieve for social action or humanitarian efforts, due to her work with the YesSheCanCampaign. She has worked with companies such as the American Civil Liberties Union, The Obama Foundation, and The Girls Opportunity Alliance. She desires to become a civil rights lawyer and inspire her peers to perpetuate the global fight to deconstruct the institutional discrimination our government thrives on, create a new system all together, and raise awareness to issues that people in America face on a daily basis so that they are never forgotten.
